WPP places a strong emphasis on governance and the diagram attached illustrates the governance structure established by the WPP.
The constituent authorities have committed to the establishment of the WPP through an Inter-Authority Agreement. Following the formalisation of the Joint Governance Committee (JGC) in June 2017, they have met frequently to carry out their responsibilities.
There is an Operator Agreement in place with Waystone Management (UK) Limited which sets out the contractual duties of the Operator and governs the relationship between the Operator and the WPP.
